ok what mods (cam nets etc) are on your tank?

Trying to get an idea so i can get my tanks up to scratch

For most of my tanks i have vents, rammer and, depending on the tank, vert stabs or optics. For TD's i go for vents, camo net and bino's though you could swap the vents for a rammer. If playing a scout then camo net, optics and bino's for maximum stealth and view range.
Vents give a small boost to everything like loading time, speed, traverse,etc. Although the boost is small i think every little bit helps. I don't play arty but again i would suggest vents, rammer and camo net, perhaps an arty expert may advise you better.

Ant tips or crew changes are welcome =) but this this sutes my play style well. however if you have any tips for off road driving vs smooth ride could help me out =).

Best tank i have =) Although if it had a more powerful engine would be awesome. a bit slow at accelerating for a light tank and top speed isn't grate, but isn't slow, just needs to get there a bit faster. Grate at spotting, lights everything up from max range.
Its best at playing passive scout hiding in a bush and what not, but comes into its own towards the last part of the battle as a support or even an attacker, has no probs taking out most tanks 1 v 1 even tier 10 although u need to avoid the bat chats and most soviet meds over tier 7. And is well known for being a scout killer =) Well worth getting.

But you cant play it like a t-50-2 you do need to camp in an advanced position and resist the temptation to shoot at targets you spot, just let your team take them out and relocate if your spotted or trapped in by a big tank.
Also grate at spotting there lines for week points and finding a safe path to get to there tillys
