I found a series based around General Patton on Youtube, it's worthwhile to watch as you see Sherman's, TD, Tigers and in general background info.

its good, although it does`nt really focus on the man, rather uses him as a pretext to explain the allied campaigns in north africa, scicily, france and germany. So if you want a good overview of the war, go for it, if your looking for a good patton biography, not so good. On the topic of tv, if you have sky, dont miss soviet storm, its superb, especially considering its modern and russian ( refreshingly very little revisionism and good facts, excellent cgi, especially kursk).
