You can add an avatar and a signature like mine below and on the left. You just need a URL (link ) to the image.
Signatures can be found here 1stcav.net/
Just click the wot link and you need your id which is on your WoT forum uner profile look at the url linke and it will be some thing like 1234567-TopDawg (your name that is!)
Avatars just look around and copy them into the same settings under avatar in this forum under profile and settings.
